If you are a BlueSky user you already are aware that we are very different from any other healthcare staffing software on the planet. One of the biggest differentiators is our quarterly upgrade and this latest version, Version 4.0, isn’t any different. There were so many great new features that we added for our users to not only make the staffing easier but to help with healthcare recruiting as well. Here are the top three BlueSky 4.0 features that you don’t want to miss.
A few weeks ago, I held “TXT Me Pls” Webinar. We talked about the power of text messaging and the best way to use SMS in Staffing. With BlueSky 4.0 we are reaching new heights with SMS staffing by capturing the response of text messages and allow caregivers to text if they want to take a position or not. VERY EXCITING! This is something if executed properly can bring your staffing to a whole new level.
We have always had an availability calendar that allows you to do a Candidate search, based off of real-time availability but we have made some modifications to help those healthcare staffing schedulers get their job done! The biggest modification made was allowing the Scheduler to “lock-down” the availability calendar, which would prevent a caregiver from making a change to their availability in the time period the Scheduler has selected. Also we have also made the change that if a caregiver wants to make change to a date they have already scheduled then it locks that as well. If you use the Availability Calendar you will want to know the details on this – so be sure to attend Community Training!
