What is Get Satisfaction?

Get Satisfaction is a social media tool that empowers BlueSky users to engage others while giving a dedicated place where you can create valuable conversations while getting answers quicker and faster.

And although we will still maintain the ticketing system for private conversations, thru email and the help page we know that our customers deserve high-touch personal support and have realized that our community can provide better and faster support.

How will it work?
