Customer Service Analyst
Currently BlueSky is looking for an experienced Support Specialist to deliver excellent customer service to our growing client base. You would be a great match if you possess fantastic trouble-shooting skills, are driven to help customers achieve their goals and are willing to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside out. Excellent communication skills and a good work ethic are also imperative to the success of this position.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working in Customer Support
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation
- Ability to troubleshoot browser issues
- Interact with Product Management, both in development and operations, for problem escalation and to keep informed on new features
- Interact with Sales and Support to both mentor and assist with solving issues
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
